A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in. Passengers without ID will not be permitted to fly and no refund will be issued. Children aged 2 and older must have their own seat and pay the full fare. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled flight, or 45 minutes early after 4:00 PM due to traffic. Your flight may depart any time between your check-in and scheduled flight time. All passengers must complete security screening before entering the building. Seating is assigned based on weight and balance requirements for safety. Passengers over 275 lbs (124 kg) must purchase an additional seat. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $50 fee per person. Flights may be canceled if minimum passenger requirements are not met; an alternative flight or full refund will be offered. Maximum 6 passengers per aircraft. Larger groups will be split. Missed flights are non-refundable. Sunset views are not guaranteed.
