I was so excited to go but due to the events in Jalisco and the streets being set on fire couldnt make it. I messaged them before the 24 hr deadline to cancel. They don't want to refund me. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I didnt no show. I didn't cancel after the deadline. they just don't want to refund me. of course I wanted to go but the events happening across Statelines is terrifying. The state of mexico and hidalgo were under advisory from the US. I caught the first plane back home. and this company doesn't want to refund. totally unprofessional.
